abstract | The invention relates to a simple method for utilizing long-chain alkyl fatty acid silver to prepare a super-hydrophobic coating. The simple method includes mixing 2-10g of the long-chain alkyl fatty acid silver with 20-500ml of absolute alcohol at room temperature, and subjecting the mixture to ball milling for 2h in a planetary ball mill at rotating speed of 300rpm; filtering obtained long-chain alkyl fatty acid silver dispersion liquid in a nylon net of 200 meshes to obtain suspending dispersion liquid without obvious sediment; spraying the dispersion liquid on the surface of a substrate material under pressure of 0.1-0.3MPa, and placing a coating for 2-5h at the room temperature for natural drying to obtain the long-chain alkyl acid silver super-hydrophobic coating. The simple method has the advantages that the simple method is simple in preparation process and short in forming time, the super-hydrophobic coating can be prepared on the surfaces of different materials, and treatment through expensive fluorinated reagents is not needed. |
