titleOfInvention The ZEN toxins degrading enzyme Oxa of acinetobacter calcoaceticus and encoding gene thereof and application
abstract The present invention discloses a kind of ZEN toxins degrading enzyme Oxa of acinetobacter calcoaceticus and encoding gene thereof and application. The aminoacid sequence of the ZEN toxins degrading enzyme Oxa of the acinetobacter calcoaceticus in the present invention is as shown in SEQ ID NO.6.The nucleotide sequence of the encoding gene A4-Oxa of the ZEN toxins degrading enzyme Oxa of acinetobacter calcoaceticus is as shown in SEQ IDNO.5.The ZEN toxins degrading enzyme Oxa of acinetobacter calcoaceticus of the present invention has stronger degradation capability to mycotoxins zearalenone; RT-PCR express Oxa enzyme can degrade in 12h more than 30% ZEN toxin. The present invention determines the non-peroxidase coding sequence of Acinetobacter sp.SM04 degrading zearalenone toxin, i.e. A4-Oxa gene, for future studying enzyme avtive spot and laid a good foundation by rite-directed mutagenesis Oxa enzyme.
