titleOfInvention | Preparation method of fluorescent polymer capable of realizing fluorescence enhancement by using self-assembly |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a fluorescent polymer for realizing fluorescence enhancement by using self-assembly. The preparation method comprises the steps: (1), dissolving a bromine-activated alcoxyl ether dendrimer, a green fluorescence protein chromophore, potassium iodide and potassium carbonate in acetone, carrying out reflux stirring, washing with water and eluting by an eluting column to obtain a chromophore modified alcoxyl ether dendrimer; and (2), performing a polymerization reaction on the chromophore modified alcoxyl ether dendrimer to obtain the fluorescent polymer capable of realizing the fluorescence enhancement by using the self-assembly. The polymer synthesized by the preparation method is safe, and is low in toxicity and good in biocompatibility; and the fluorescence enhancement is remarkable after the fluorescent polymer forms an assembly body through self-assembly. |
