titleOfInvention Method of co-producing water-soluble NPK (nitrogen, phosphor and potassium) compound fertilizer and feed calcium phosphate by use of defluorinated phosphoric acid
abstract The invention relates to a method of co-producing a water-soluble NPK (nitrogen, phosphor and potassium) compound fertilizer and feed calcium phosphate by use of defluorinated phosphoric acid, and belongs to the technical field of chemical industry production. The invention aims at providing a method of co-producing a water-soluble NPK compound fertilizer and feed calcium phosphate by use of defluorinated phosphoric acid. The method is as follows: the defluorinated phosphoric acid is taken as a main raw material, calcium, ammonium and potassium are adopted to respectively react with phosphoric acid in sequence, and then neutralizing, filtering, concentrating, crystallizing and drying are performed, so that the water-soluble NPK compound fertilizer and the feed calcium phosphate are obtained. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the phosphor, the nitrogen and the potassium in the raw materials enter the calcium phosphate and the water-soluble NPK compound fertilizer, the raw material utilization rate is high and the product additional value is high; the obtained NPK compound fertilizer is a fully water-soluble compound fertilizer, high in purity, adjustable in nitrogen-potassium proportion by neutralizing the pH, and wider in scope of application of products. The method disclosed by the invention is free of waste emission in the whole process, environment-friendly, high in production additional value and better in economic benefits.
