titleOfInvention | Modified phenol-formaldehyde resin coated controlled-release fertilizer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a modified phenol-formaldehyde resin coated controlled-release fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, biomasses, namely a phenol compound and an aldehyde compound, are mixed according to a set ratio, and a mixture is uniformly sprayed to preheated fertilizer granules through two-fluid spray nozzles in a rotary drum, so that the modified phenol-formaldehyde resin coated controlled-release fertilizer which is smooth and dense and has different controlled-release properties is formed. The coated controlled-release fertilizer provided by the invention has accurate nutrient controlled-release properties, and film shells remaining in soil can be degraded in relatively short time; in addition, waste renewable resources, namely biomasses, are sufficiently used as coating materials, so that the dependence of the coating material on petrochemical resources is reduced, and the sustainable development of the coating material is realized; the coated controlled-release fertilizer provided by the invention is low in price and simple in preparation, does not need a solvent and is very suitable for large-scale production and large-area popularization and application to field crops. |
