titleOfInvention | Manufacturing process of cold-proof waterproof fabric |
abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing process of cold-proof waterproof fabric. The process comprises steps of: blending silk floss and mimic floss silk to obtain hollow cotton adopted as a base layer; compressing a layer of far-infrared healthcare fabric on the hollow cotton; and finally adhering the hollow cotton and TPU film through a polyurethane (PU) adhesive. The process is simple and easily understood. The manufactured fabric can be used for making bad sheets and underwear, and has warm-keeping and healthcare functions. The manufactured fabric is comfortable, nonirritating to skin, and largely improved in waterproofness, air permeability and damp permeability. |
