titleOfInvention | Manufacturing process of waterproof air-permeable healthcare nonwoven bed sheeting |
abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing process of waterproof air-permeable healthcare nonwoven bed sheeting. The process comprises steps of: (1) manufacturing bed sheeting by adoption of pure-natural nonwoven fabric; (2) preparing a healthcare solution; (3) fully dipping the manufactured bed sheeting in the healthcare solution; (4) dehydrating the bed sheeting and drying; and (5) adhering the dried bed sheeting and TPU film through an polyurethane (PU) adhesive. The bed sheeting manufactured by the process is sanitary to use, soft and comfortable in texture, good in warm-keeping property, and largely improved in waterproofness, air permeability and damp permeability. |
