titleOfInvention | Method for reinforcing and modifying bamboo willow wood |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and modifying bamboo willow wood. The method for reinforcing and modifying the bamboo willow wood comprises the following two processing steps: preparing a silica sol-polyvinyl alcohol-styrene modified composition and impregnating the modified composition by adopting a fluctuating pressure pressurization full-cell process for treating the bamboo willow wood, wherein the modified composition is prepared from the following raw materials: water, silica sol, polyvinyl alcohol, styrene, dicumyl peroxide, polyethylene polyamine, lauryl sodium sulphate, hexadecyl alcohol and phosphoric acid; in a fluctuating pressure pressurization process, three steps, namely pressure decreasing, pressure increasing and pressure maintaining, are repeated for 2-5 times, concretely, the modified composition is pumped in, pressure is increased to 0.8-1.5MPa, the pressure is maintained for 15-30 minutes, then the pressure is decreased to 0-0.1MPa, then the pressure is increased to 0.8-1.5MPa, and the pressure is maintained for 10-20 minutes. After the bamboo willow wood is treated by adopting the method disclosed by the invention, physical and mechanical properties such as hardness, compressive strength, bending strength, dimensional stability and water resisting property are greatly improved, and a new way for widening application range of fast-growing bamboo willow wood is provided. |
