titleOfInvention Prasugrel hydrochloride enteric-coated tablet and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a prasugrel hydrochloride enteric-coated tablet and a preparation method thereof. The prasugrel hydrochloride enteric-coated tablet comprises enteric-coated particles containing prasugrel hydrochloride or a mixture of prasugrel hydrochloride and other auxiliary materials. The used coating liquid mainly comprises a methacrylic acid copolymer-containing aqueous solution. An isolating membrane is coated on an active raw material or a mixture of the active raw material and other auxiliary materials. The prasugrel hydrochloride enteric-coated particles can prevent prasugrel hydrochloride disintegration and release at a pH value less than 5 and realizes fast disintegration and release of prasugrel hydrochloride at a pH value greater than 6.
