titleOfInvention | Preparation method of highly-pure fluorescent whitening agent |
abstract | A preparation method of a highly-pure fluorescent whitening agent comprises the following steps: 1, three-step condensation: pulping an DSD acid by sodium carbonate, adding cyanuric chloride at 0DEG C under a pH value of 6.5-7, carrying out a first-step condensation reaction, adding sodium carbonate and aniline, carrying out a second-step condensation reaction at 30-35DEG C, adding ammonia water and ethanol, and carrying out a third-step condensation reaction; 2, three-step pumping filtration: carrying out sand core pumping filtration of a solution obtained after the three-step condensation, that is a fluorescent whitening agent vbl solution, and repeating two times; 3, acid precipitation: using hydrochloric acid to carry out acid precipitation; 4, pumping filtration: carrying out acid precipitated pumping filtration of a solution obtained after the acid precipitation; 5, kneading: kneading by adopting sodium carbonate; 6, drying: drying by adopting a mechanical dehydration process; 7, powder blending: blending with sodium sulfate; and 8, examining through combined gas chromatography mass spectrometry, packaging, and warehousing. The highly-pure fluorescent whitening agent obtained in the invention can be stored in a shady, dry and ventilated storehouse for two years, and sodium carbonate can be replaced by sodium hydroxide. |
