titleOfInvention | Preparation method of fluorescent whitening agent vbl |
abstract | A preparation method of a fluorescent whitening agent vbl comprises the following steps: 1, three-step condensation: pulping the DSD acid by sodium carbonate, adding cyanuric chloride at 0DEG C under a pH value of 6.5-7, carrying out a first-step condensation, adding sodium carbonate and aniline, carrying out a second-step condensation reaction at 30-35DEG C, adding ammonia water and ethanolamine, and carrying out a third-step condensation reaction; 2, three-step pumping filtration: carrying out sand core pumping filtration of a solution obtained after the three-step condensation, that is a fluorescent whitening agent vbl solution, and repeating the pumping filtration two times; 3, acid precipitation: carrying out precipitation by using hydrochloric acid; 4, pumping filtration: carrying out pumping filtration of a solution obtained after the acid precipitation, named acid precipitation pumping filtration; 5, kneading: kneading by adopting sodium carbonate; 6, drying: drying by adopting a mechanical dehydrating process; 7, powder mixing: mixing with sodium sulfate powder; and 8, examining through combined gas chromatography mass spectrometry, packaging, and warehousing. The fluorescent whitening agent vbl can be stored in a shady, dry and ventilated storehouse for two years, and sodium carbonate can be substituted by sodium hydroxide. |
