abstract | The invention relates to a thermotropic sound-making device which includes a substrate provided with a first surface and an opposite second surface; an insulating layer arranged on the first surface of the substrate; a thermostropic sound-making element arranged on the surface of the insulating layer on the first surface and arranged to be insulated from the substrate; and a first electrode and a second electrode, which are arranged in a spaced manner and electrically connected with the thermostropic sound-making element. The substrate is a silicon substrate and a plurality of projecting parts are formed on the first surface of the silicon substrate and a recess part is formed between every adjacent projecting parts. The thermotropic sound-making element corresponding to the positions of the recess parts is arranged in a suspended manner relative to the recess parts. |
