titleOfInvention A new crystal form of benzoxazolyl quinoline cuprous complex luminescent material
abstract The invention discloses a yellow phosphorescent new crystal type cuprous complex luminescent material and a preparation method thereof. The phosphorescent complex of the present invention is obtained by complexing a monovalent copper salt with a ligand, and its molecular structure is [Cu(QBO)(PPh 3 ) 2 ]PF 6 , where PPh 3 and QBO are electrically neutral ligand three Phenylphosphine and 2-(2-benzoxazole)quinoline. The complex not only has the advantages of easy purification of small molecules and high luminous efficiency, but also has high thermal stability. The material is obtained by directly mixing and reacting Cu(CH 3 CN) 4 PF 6 and ligands in ethanol, and has the advantages of simple process, simple equipment, readily available raw materials and low cost. The material can be used as a photoluminescent yellow light material, and can also be used as a phosphorescent material for a light-emitting layer in an electroluminescent device composed of multi-layer organic materials.
