titleOfInvention | Preparation method of spirulina extract |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a spirulina extract, belonging to the technical field of biological medicine. The method comprises the following steps: (a) wall breaking: grinding spirulina to 600-800 meshes to obtain spirulina broken-wall powder; (b) fermentation: fermenting the spirulina broken-wall powder in amillariella mellea-rich fermentation liquid for 6-10 hours; (c) drying: drying with a drying device to obtain dry powder; (d) extraction: extracting the dry powder with water, and extracting a water extract and an extract respectively from the residue after the water extraction by use of supercritical CO2. The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that microcystin in the spirulina can be effectively degraded and removed; according to detection, the content of microcystin in the spirulina extract obtained by the method is less than or equal to 90pg/g, which is much lower than the content of microcystin in the existing spirulina products. |
