abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of a veterinary medicine, and particularly relates to a high-content weak acidic enrofloxacin long-acting injection for veterinary use and a preparation method thereof. Each 100ml of injection comprises the following components: 15-20g of enrofloxacin, 2-5ml of cosolvent, 0.05-0.5g of complexing agent, 5-10g of macromolecular sustained-release material, 0.05-1ml of preservative, 15-25ml of organic solvent, 0.1-0.2g of antioxidant and the balance of water for injection. The pH value of the injection is 4-7. A preparation technology of the enrofloxacin long-acting injection is simple and convenient for large-scale production. The enrofloxacin long-acting injection is high in content and has little irritation, good stability and a long-acting effect.
