titleOfInvention Energy-efficient process for extracting lappa-conitine
abstract The invention discloses an energy-efficient process for extracting lappa-conitine. The process disclosed by the invention is a novel process which is used for directionally and quickly extracting lappa-conitine at room temperature by using a low-boiling-point combined organic solvent; the process comprises the steps: selecting a special combined organic solvent to directionally extract high-lappaconitine-content alkaloid from roots of a plant medicinal material, namely aconitum sinomontanum nakai, at room temperature; and quickly separating and purifying lappa-conitine by using conventional extraction and separation technologies. The process has the advantages that the extraction temperature is low, steam is rarely used for heating in a whole process, the special combined organic solvent is low in boiling point, high in lappa-conitine solubility and easy in solvent recovery, the content of impurities in an extract is low, the difficulty in separation and purification in subsequent procedures is reduced greatly, the production cycle is short, the product quality is good, the production cost is low, and the process is energy-saving and environmental-friendly.
