titleOfInvention Water treating method for oil-containing sewage of compound flooding crude oil produced fluid for offshore oilfield
abstract The invention provides water treating equipment and method for oil-containing sewage of a compound flooding crude oil produced fluid for an offshore oilfield. Oil-containing sewage of a crude oil produced fluid contains a binary compound oil displacement agent which consists of polymer and a surfactant. The water treating equipment comprises a raw material supplying device, a microwave treating device and a thermal precipitation tank, wherein the microwave treating device receives the oil-containing sewage of the crude oil produced fluid and carries out microwave treatment on the oil-containing sewage of the crude oil produced fluid; the thermal precipitation tank is connected to the microwave treating device, receives crude oil produced wastewater after the microwave treatment and enables the crude oil produced wastewater to carry out thermal precipitation in the thermal precipitation tank to separate out oil. The water treating equipment also at best comprises a demulsifier supplying device, a gas flotation reagent supplying device, a gas flotation tower and a gas supplying device. With the adoption of the water treating equipment, by virtue of the equipment, the treatments of microwave intensifying, a chemical agent and/or a bubble method to the oil-containing sewage of the crude oil produced fluid of the offshore oilfield can be realized. The water treating equipment and method can be realized by virtue of a relatively compact design scheme and can be used for effectively and reliably treating the binary compound flooding oil-containing sewage within a short time.
