abstract |
The invention relates to a method for identifying derivatives of Forsythia, comprising: 1) taking the derivatives of Forsythia directly as the characteristic extract of Forsythia lignans and phenylethanol glycosides containing the active ingredient group; 2) treating the Forsythia The characteristic extracts of adiposide and phenylethanol glycosides were detected by IGD carbon-19 nmr spectrum fingerprints, and the characteristic peak intensities of several active ingredients in the characteristic extracts were obtained according to the fingerprints; and the corresponding standard reference substances of each active ingredient were measured in the same way 3) Obtain the absolute content of the standard reference product by means of quantitative analysis; 4) Use the ratio of the characteristic peak intensity and the absolute content to calculate the content of each active ingredient in the Forsythia derivatives content and the content of the active ingredient group.
