abstract | The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring a water diffusion rate in a porous medium. The device comprises an air bottle, a regulating valve, a flow meter, a tubular furnace and ohm gauges, wherein the outlet of the air bottle is connected with one end of the flow meter through the regulating valve; the other end of the flow meter is connected with the inlet of the tubular furnace; the porous medium is arranged at the outlet of the tubular furnace; a plurality of ohm gauges are connected with the porous medium, and all the ohm gauges are connected to different positions of the porous medium; the method comprises the following specific steps: roughly regulating the regulating valve first; performing fine regulation by using the flow meter, and heating dry air by using the tubular furnace; and drying the porous medium arranged at the outlet of the tubular furnace by using the heated dry air, wherein the resistance variations of the ohm gauges correspond to the water diffusion rates in the porous medium one by one, thus obtaining the water diffusion rate in the porous medium according to the resistance variations of the ohm gauges. The device and the method disclosed by the invention can be used for measuring different porous medium particles to obtain a diffusion rate field of the porous medium under different drying conditions. |
