titleOfInvention Angiostatin and gefitinib target drug gene detection method and primer thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of genes in the molecular biology and the medical science field, and concretely discloses a method for detecting angiostatin and gefitinib target drug related genes, and a primer thereof. The method comprises the following steps: analyzing a nucleic acid sequence related with mutation sites comprising four genes of EGFRmutT790M, EGFRmutL858R, EGFRmutdel and Krasmut, designing a corresponding primer, carrying out multiplex PCR amplification of the specific sites of sample genome DNA, and detecting by adopting an Ion TORRENT semiconductor chip sequencing technology. The detection method has the advantages of large flux, high specificity and sensitivity, stable result, good repeatability and fast detection speed. The method provides a fast, reliable and accurate new approach for the detection, test, analysis and assessment of angiostatin and gefitinib target drugs, so a theoretic base is provided for screening sensitive individuals and personalized medication.
