titleOfInvention In vitro culture solution for equus animal oocyte
abstract The invention discloses an in vitro culture solution for equus animal oocyte. The in vitro culture solution comprises sodium lactate mixed liquid, penicillin, streptomycin and one, two or three of bovine serum albumin, neonatal bovine serum and inactivated horse serum. A preparation method of the in vitro culture solution comprises the following steps: putting the sodium lactate mixed liquid for 0.5-6 hours in a 37-DEG C incubator for later use, and adding the penicillin, the streptomycin and one, two or three of the bovine serum albumin, the neonatal bovine serum and the inactivated horse serum to the sodium lactate mixed liquid according to constituent content so as to obtain the culture solution. The in vitro culture solution is suitable for a non-surgical embryo transplantation technique for horses, bovines and donkeys. The in vitro culture solution has the beneficial effects that the in vitro culture solution has the advantages of convenience in material obtaining, low cost, simple preparation, convenience to use and the like and is particularly suitable for the large-scale application of equus animal non-surgical embryo transplantation and beneficial to popularization and application of the non-surgical embryo transplantation technique.
