titleOfInvention Dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material. The chemical formula of the dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material is aGa2O3-bBi2O3-cBaO-dLi2O-eK2O:xDy<3+>, wherein a+b+c+d+e+x=100, a is greater than or equal to 15 and less than or equal to 30, b is greater than or equal to 55 and less than or equal to 65, c is greater than or equal to 15 and less than or equal to 25, d is greater than or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 15, e is greater than 5 and less than or equal to 15, and x is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 4. In the photoluminescence spectrum of the dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material, the excitation wavelength of the dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material is 796nm, and in the 482nm wavelength area, transition radiation of Dy<3+>ion <4>F(9/2)-<6>F(15/2) forms light emitting peaks and the material can be used as a blue light emitting material. The invention also provides a preparation method of the dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material and an organic light emitting diode using the dysprosium-doped bismuthate gallium glass up-conversion luminescent material.
