abstract The invention discloses a production process of polyethylene strong cross laminated composite film. The production process is characterized by comprising the following steps: A, placing materials of an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer in a three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine in formula proportion to perform co-extrusion film blowing so as to form a first blowing tube film with the thickness of 0.12-0.18 mm; B, performing secondary heating stretching on the first blowing tube film on a stretcher to form a second blowing tube film with the thickness of 0.04-0.06 mm; C, spirally slitting the second blowing tube film stretched twice, and beveling at the angle of 40-50 DEG C to obtain sheet films; and D, crossing and compounding. The production process has the advantages that the produced film is high in stretching strength, good in heat resistance, basically consistent in transverse and longitudinal strength and extension, and free of the phenomena of empty drum, water-expelling and leaking.
