The compound preparation is prepared from geniposide and chlorogenic acid, and can be processed into clinical common preparations by a conventional method, including granules, tablets, capsules and other oral solid preparations. Animal experiments indicate that the compound preparation can remarkably reduce the content of triglyceride of liver tissues of a rat model, and reduce the degeneration degree of liver fat and liver damage degree. The effects of the compound preparation are superior to those of single component. The compound preparation can be used for improving the effect of resisting alcoholic fatty liver, effectively preventing development of non-alcoholic fatty liver, and can be used for treating and preventing non-alcoholic fatty liver, chronic liver damage and other symptoms. |
