abstract | The invention provides a combination drug for inhibiting proliferation of a lung cancer cell, a medicinal preparation and a detection method. The method comprises the following steps: selecting the lung cancer cell in an exponential growth phase, and digesting the lung cancer cell by adopting pancreatic enzymes; processing the lung cancer cell by adopting the combination drug composed of component 1 and component 2; simultaneously processing the lung cancer cell by adopting different concentrations of component 1, so as to form a plurality of group of contrast samples; adding a dye solution after treatment, and placing into an incubator to incubate and obtain bluish violet crystal formazan; removing supernate; dissolving the bluish violet crystal formazan by adopting dimethyl sulfoxide; detecting the survival rate of the cancer cell at the wavelength of 490nm by using a microplate reader; calculating the proliferation rate and the cloning number according to the survival rate, and respectively comparing the proliferation rates and the cloning numbers of different samples. |
