The eight-treasure cake is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of fried Codonopsis pilosula, 3-5 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10-12 parts of poria cocos, 10-12 parts of fried white hyacinth beans, 10-12 parts of fried semen coicis, 10-12 parts of fried Chinese yam, 10-12 parts of fried gorgon fruit, 10-12 parts of lotus seeds, 700-800 parts of rice, 250-310 parts of sugar, right amount of magnesium stearate and 900-1000 parts of purified water. The preparation method of the eight-treasure cake comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic wave and microwave-ethanol extraction on the Codonopsis pilosula; soaking the other Chinese herbal medicines except for the Codonopsis pilosula, grinding to obtain thick liquid, adjusting the water content, and then chopping for a plurality of times by stages; after that, mixing rice flour and water; and chopping again before compression molding, drying by microwave at low temperature, and carrying out radiation sterilization.
