| abstract | The invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting a specific antigen against Meckel diverticulosis. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out dimensional gel electrophoresis on small intestines with and without the Meckel diverticulosis, comparing differential proteins to obtain the name of concrete protein, and selecting the protein with most obvious differences for an experiment; checking whether the expression of the specific gene protein in tissues and blood of the small intestines with and without the Meckel diverticulosis corresponds to that before the experiment by an immunohistochemical and quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method; detecting the expression of the specific gene protein in blood of people with and without the Meckel diverticulosis by a quantitative PCR method, judging the normal value range, and comparing with an operation result; and detecting suspected patients by the quantitative PCR method, and comparing with the operation result. The method for detecting the specific antigen against the Meckel diverticulosis, which is provided by the invention, realizes the checking of the Meckel diverticulosis diagnosis by peripheral blood, reduces expense of detectors, improves the efficiency, prevents the error diagnosis of the detectors, is simple to operate, is high in detection efficiency, and is reliable. |
