titleOfInvention | Method for preparing expansion pipe for oil well |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing an expansion pipe for an oil well. The method comprises the following steps: 1) smelting scrap steel, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, chromium iron, a nickel block, a niobium block, cerium ferrosilicon and pure copper which are used as raw materials in an electric furnace so as to ensure that the ingredients meet the content range, then casting, and carrying out homogenizing annealing on a cast ingot at 1220-1240 DEG C for 3-4 hours, so as to improve segregation of an alloy element; carrying out hot rolling or cold rolling on the steel ingot so as to prepare a steel plate or a bar, and preparing a seamless pipe by virtue of a straight-seam resistance welding pipe or hot rolling; 2) carrying out solution treatment on a tube blank obtained in the step 1) at 1160-1180 DEG C, so as to obtain a complete austenitic tissue, and carrying out aging treatment on the tube blank under the condition that the temperature is 470-500 DEG C for 20-30 minutes. |
