abstract | The invention provides polyesteramide and a preparation method thereof. The provided polyesteramide comprises a repetitive unit with a structure shown as a formula (I). The polyesteramide provided by the invention contains the repetitive unit with the structure shown as the formula (I), the polyesteramide has high biodegradability, and the problem of environmental pollution is solved. In addition, the polyesteramide is prepared by taking an alcohol compound with the glutamic acid and hydroxyl number of more than or equal to 2 as a raw material, the glutamic acid is a renewable material, and the energy can be saved in the process of preparing the polyesteramide by taking the glutamic acid as the raw material. Therefore, the preparation method of the polyesteramide, which is provided by the invention, is low in cost. The experimental result proves that the polyesteramide provided by the invention is degraded in a phosphoric acid buffer solution with the pH value of 7.4, and the molecular weight of the polyesteramide within 10 weeks is reduced by 53-80 percent. The polyesteramide provided by the invention has high biodegradability. |
