titleOfInvention | Method for extracting eucommia seed oil from eucommia kernel |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for extracting a natural product from eucommia kernel, and particularly relates to a method for extracting eucommia seed oil from eucommia kernel. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreating eucommia kernels, wherein crushing is included; 2, degrading and absorbing nutrients of the raw material, and destructing the oil sac structure of the raw material, wherein edible fungus inoculation and breeding are included; 3, squeezing eucommia seed oil by low temperature squeezing on the raw material to prepare a crude eucommia oil; and 4, refining the eucommia seed oil: filtering or centrifuging the crude eucommia seed oil to obtain a clarified and transparent eucommia seed oil. The invention has the advantages of simple process, less equipment investment, no usage of organic solvent, low energy consumption, high oil yield, low production cost, and good oil quality. |
