titleOfInvention Flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating
abstract The invention discloses a flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating. The flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating is prepared by the following raw materials by weight: 100 parts of a flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin, 20-25 parts of petroleum ether, 5-8 parts of a pigment,12-15 parts of an extender pigment and 35-50 parts of an organic solvent. The flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin comprises, by weight, 50 parts of terephthalic acid, 50 parts of propylene glycol, 20-25 parts of polypropylene glycol acetal, 12 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 2 parts of deca-brominated diphenyl ether, 15-18 parts of a mixture of potassium aluminum oxide and light calcium carbonate according to a ratio of 1:3, 3-5 parts of tributyl phosphate, and 1-3 parts of hexanone peroxide. The flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating has high flexible degree and good wettability, is not liable to become yellow, has good light and color maintenance properties and high gloss, and can resist overbaking. Besides, the flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating is simple in materials and low in cost, and can be produced easily.
