abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin; (2) adding 100 parts of the flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin in an enamel mixing crock, adding 20-25 parts of petroleum ether and 35-50 parts of an organic solvent at the same time, stirring for 10-15 minutes at a high speed; and (3) mixing 5-8 parts of a pigment and 12-15 parts of an extender pigment uniformly, adding the mixture of the pigment and the extender pigment into the enamel mixing crock slowly with stirring, heating to a temperature of 75 DEG C after the mixture is completely added, thermalizing for 1 hour, cooling and discharging to obtain the flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating. The flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating has high flexible degree and good wettability, is not liable to become yellow, has good light and color maintenance properties and high gloss, and can resist overbaking. Besides, the flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin coating is simple in materials and low in cost, and can be produced easily. |
