abstract The present invention discloses a five-membered nitrone derivative containing a polyfluoroalkyl group represented by formula (II), that is, 4-polyfluoroalkyl-2,4-disubstituted pyrroline-N-oxide Derivatives and preparation methods thereof, the fluorine-containing conjugated enyne, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and alkali are dissolved in an organic solvent, fully reacted at 0°C to room temperature, the solvent is removed, and the fluorine-containing alkyne of formula (I) is obtained by column chromatography group hydroxylamine compound; then the fluorine-containing alkynyl group hydroxylamine compound is dissolved in an organic solvent, under the catalysis of a silver catalyst, cyclization occurs at room temperature, the solvent is removed, and the described 4-polyfluoroalkyl-2,4-disubstituted pyrroline-N-oxide derivatives. The invention has easy-to-obtain raw materials, high yield, mild reaction conditions and simple operation. The present invention also provides formula (I) hydroxylamine compounds containing fluorine and alkynyl groups and their preparation methods. The invention provides a 2,4-disubstituted polyfluoroalkyl-containing cyclic nitrone compound skeleton, which is of great significance for the synthesis of substituted fluorine-containing cyclic nitrone compounds and derived heterocyclic compounds.
