abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite electrode of a carbon nitride/titanium dioxide nanotube. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the electrode of the titanium dioxide nanotube by using an anodic oxidation method; heating melamine powder to 500-700 DEG C, roasting for 1-3 hours, cooling, and then grinding to obtain carbon nitride particles; heating to 550-750 DEG C under the atmosphere of protective gas, blowing off the carbon nitride particles by adopting the protective gas so as to enable the carbon nitride particles to be loaded on the electrode of the titanium dioxide nanotube, and roasting for 20-60 minutes at the temperature of 550-750 DEG C, thus obtaining the composite electrode of the carbon nitride/titanium dioxide nanotube. The obtained composite electrode of the carbon nitride/titanium dioxide nanotube has visible-light response performance and can be applied to a wastewater treatment device; and a thin film formed on the TiO2-NTs electrode by g-C3N4 is unlikely to fall off and has good stability. The preparation method is concise in steps, easy to operate and low in cost. |
