According to the method, the fast dehydration of the high-water-content slurry can be realized through the device. By applying the device and method, the discharged water body is clean, the amount of the lost mud is low, mud can be continuously discharged, the discharge efficiency can be increased, and the device and method can be widely used for drainage of reclamation districts, and dehydration treatment of high-water-content slurry in dredging and desilting engineering.
