abstract The invention provides a combined medicine for promoting apoptosis of lung cancer cells, a medicinal preparation and a detection method. The detection method comprises the following steps: treating lung cancer cells by adopting the combined medicine for promoting apoptosis of lung cancer cells, simultaneously treating the lung cancer cells by two components in the combined medicine respectively, and thus forming four groups of contrast samples with untreated lung cancer cells, wherein the combined medicine consists of 3-[2,4-bis((3S)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl)pyrido[5,6-e]pyrimidin-7-yl]-N-methylbenzamide and 2-deoxy-D-glucose with glycolysis effect; pretreating the four groups of contrast samples; respectively detecting the four groups of pre-treated contrast samples by a flow cytometry, and comparing the detection results of the flow cytometry; respectively detecting apoptin expression of the four groups of pre-treated samples, and comparing the detection results of apoptin expression.
