titleOfInvention | Preparation method for pyrolysis-oxidized starchiness cigarette humectant and application thereof |
abstract | Provided are a preparation method for a pyrolysis-oxidized starchiness cigarette humectant and application thereof. The preparation method is characterized in that the humectant is formed by pyrolysis and oxidation modification and formed by adding 2-20g of 65% concentrated nitric acid, 400-1200g of ethanol/aqueous solution and 5-60g of sodium hypochlorite to per 350g of starch. The preparation method has the advantages that the used raw material is the starch, and the starch belongs to renewable resources and is extensive in source and low in cost; by performing on pyrolysis modification and oxidation modification, the starch is high in water absorption and water retaining capability, green, environmentally friendly and low in cost. The humectant is evenly sprayed on tobaccos in a tobacco adding process, the tobacco processing durability can be improved, tobacco breaking in the processing process is reduced, tobacco consumption of cigarettes is reduced, the effects of improving taste and reducing flue gas stimulation can be achieved, and the effects of improving tobacco physical moisturizing and sense moisturizing are achieved simultaneously. |
