titleOfInvention Method for preparing protein fodder by using catering waste materials
abstract The invention relates to the field of fodder, in particular to a method for preparing protein fodder by using catering waste materials. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreating the catering waste materials: removing impurities and a great amount of moisture; 2, allowing catering waste materials already subjected to pretreatment to be subjected to heating and sterilization; 3, adding a strain in the sterilized catering waste materials for fermentation; 4, filtering the fermented catering waste materials, and drying filter residues to obtain the protein fodder, wherein the strain is one or a combination of lactic acid bacteria or saccharomycetes; during the process of heating and sterilization, the catering waste materials are boiled for 30-45 min; the fermentation conditions include that the temperature is 35-38 DEG C, the time is 2-3 d, and stirring is performed from time to time. The method has the benefits that the catering waste materials are made into the fodder by adding the strain for fermentation, thereby turning waste into wealth to avoid illegal cooking oil being used again to affect people health. On the other hand, as the catering waste materials are low in cost, the method is simple and feasible, and has no high requirements on equipment. Moreover, the required protein fodder prepared is low in cost.
