R1 is R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , R 10 , R 11 , R 12 , R 13 , R 16 , R 17 , R 18 , R 19 and R 30 are each independently hydrogen, Halogen, cyano, C 1 -C 4 alkyl or C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl; R 8 , R 14 and R 15 are each independently hydrogen or C 1 -C 4 alkyl; and R 9 is phenyl , benzyl or group (a): wherein each of the phenyl, benzyl and group (a) is optionally independently selected from C 1 -C 4 alkyl, C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl, halogen, cyano, hydroxy and amino to 3 substituents; or a salt or an N-oxide thereof.
