titleOfInvention Yellowing inhibitor of thermal stability type coumarin flourescent brightener and preparation and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a yellowing inhibitor of a thermal stability type coumarin flourescent brightener and preparation and application thereof. The preparation comprises the steps: with cyanuric chloride as a crosslinking agent, introducing 2-(2'-hydroxyl-4'-aminophenyl) benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent and 7-hydroaxyl-4-methylcoumarin flourescent brightener in the same molecule, performing water solubility modification by using an amino compound, and synthesizing a multifunctional high-yield pulp yellowing inhibitor, wherein the synthesized yellowing inhibitor has ultraviolet absorption peaks at places of 285 nm and 345 nm, and has better ultraviolet absorption effect and fluorescent brightening property, and the maximum fluorescence-emission wavelength of the multifunctional high-yield pulp yellowing inhibitor is 440 nm; performing 48h thermal treatment and ultraviolet radiation treatment so that the paper whitenesses are reduced by 2.41 and 5.28 respectively, and after the yellowing inhibitor is applied to paper, the paper is better in photo-thermal stability. Compared with the prior art, the synthesis method is simple, and less in reaction byproducts; meanwhile, the photo stability and the thermal stability of high-yield pulp are effectively improved.
