abstract | The invention provides an ornidazole vaginal effervescent tablet, including ornidazole, a filler, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer, and the ornidazole accounts for 20-60 wt% in the vaginal effervescent tablet. The foaming agent comprises an acid system comprising acid or acid salt, and an alkali system comprising carbonates. The acid system includes citric acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, adipic acid, malic acid, water-soluble amino acid, potassium bitartrate, sodium hydrogen tartrate, sodium bitartrate, potassium dihydrogen citrate, sodium fumarate and boric acid. The alkali system includes sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, calcium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate. The foam stabilizer is a surfactant selected from sodium dodecyl sulfate and Tween 80. The ornidazole vaginal effervescent tablet provided by the invention can be used for preparation of drugs for treating vaginal infection diseases caused by sensitive anacerobes. |
