abstract | The invention provides an ornidazole dripping pill, comprising 5-10 wt% of ornidazole and the balance of a solid matrix, wherein the solid matrix includes PEG 4000, PEG 6000 and poloxamer 188. A preparation method of the dripping pill provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing polyethylene glycol 4000 and polyethylene glycol 6000, heating and melting to obtain a mixed matrix A; mixing and melting secnidazole with poloxamer 188 to obtain a drug-containing mixed matrix B; fully mixing the mixed matrix A with the drug-containing mixed matrix B; transferring the mixture to a liquid storage bottle; sealing and insulating at 80-90 DEG C; regulating a dropping liquid quantitative valve, dropwise adding the mixture into liquid paraffin of 10 DEG C-15 DEG C from the top down; draining the formed dripping pill, erasing the liquid paraffin; and drying in a lime cylinder to obtain the dripping pill. |
