titleOfInvention Preparation method of feather protein powder
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of feather protein powder. The method comprises the following steps of mixing feather raw material with bran, after stewing the mixture at high temperature and high pressure, destroying the chemical bond such as disulfide bond in the feather keratin by utilizing the instantaneous pressure releasing impacting effect so as to improve the crude protein content in the feather powder and the pepsin digestion rate; through the lactobacillus anaerobic solid fermentation effect, the ratio of original lacked amino acid (lysine, tryptophan and the like) in the feather can be increased, the content of different amino acid in the feather powder can be balanced, the quality feather protein powder with high value can be produced, the content of the crude protein can reach up to 90 percent, and the pepsin digestion rate can reach up to 95 percent. The feather is processed by adopting the method to prepare the protein powder, so that the keratin structure inside the feather can be effectively destroyed within a short time, energy conservation and environmental friendliness can be realized, and no recycling process is needed, and the preparation method is an ideal processing technology.
