titleOfInvention Unfreezing liquid for frozen semen of equine animal
abstract The invention discloses an unfreezing liquid for frozen semen of an equine animal. The unfreezing liquid includes a solution A and skimmed milk; and the solution A includes glucose, melitose, D-lactose monohydrate, trisodium citrate, potassium citrate and HEPES. A preparation method of the unfreezing liquid is as below: weighing ingredients in the solution A and adding the ingredients in a sterile beaker; adding double distilled water for dissolving; reaching a constant volume, filtering, filling, sterilizing and sealing to obtain the solution A; and adding an equivalent amount of skimmed milk to the solution A, and mixing evenly to obtain the unfreezing liquid. The unfreezing liquid is suitable for unfreezing of frozen semen of equine animals. The invention has the beneficial effects of simple preparation, convenience for use, good unfreezing effect of frozen semen of the equine animal, multiple applications of the unfreezing liquid, time saving and labor saving, and is suitable for large-scale production and application.
