titleOfInvention | Capacitation liquid for seminal fluid of equine animal |
abstract | The invention discloses a capacitation liquid for seminal fluid of an equine animal. The capacitation liquid includes a solution A and skimmed milk; and the solution A includes glucose, melitose, D-lactose monohydrate, trisodium citrate, potassium citrate and HEPES. A preparation method of the capacitation liquid is as below: weighing ingredients in the solution A and adding the ingredients in a sterile beaker; adding double distilled water for dissolving; reaching a constant volume, filtering, filling, sterilizing and sealing to obtain the solution A; and adding an equivalent amount of skimmed milk to the solution A, and mixing evenly to obtain the capacitation liquid. The capacitation liquid is suitable for in vitro capacitation of seminal fluid of equine animals. The invention has the beneficial effects of simple preparation, convenience for use and good capacitation effect of seminal fluid of the equine animal, and is suitable for large-scale production and application. |
