titleOfInvention Conducting polymer materials, its application and manufacture method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to the conductive elastomer provided, it is formed by base elastomer body and the solid particle of conduction being distributed wherein。Use as electrically conductive particles: a) strip electrically conductive particles and/or b) dendroid electrically conductive particles and/or c) other length-width ratio be more than or equal to 2 slightly with elongated electrically conductive particles。Spherical and scutellate electrically conductive particles is combined and is proved to be particularly advantageous。This microgranule can by pouring into a mould that dissolve or not yet fully hardened mixture, scrape and smear or stretch and have orientation。This polymer is particularly suitable for catching signal and sending the biomedical electrode of signal。This material keeps elasticity, keeps electric conductivity when stretching or bend。
