The invention provides a thermal activation delayed fluorescence material, a synthesis method thereof and an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) device using the thermal activation delayed fluorescence material. A molecular general formula of the thermal activation delayed fluorescence material is shown as a formula (1) of Ar-(Ar1)m-(Ar2)n, wherein m is equal to 1-4, n is equal to 1-8, Ar is a strong electron-withdrawing group, Ar1 is an electron-donating group, and Ar2 is an aggregation-induced emission group. The thermal activation delayed fluorescence material has an aggregation-induced emission property, thereby being higher in glass-transition temperature, high in heat stability and excellent in light emitting performance. The synthesis method is simple in process, easy to purify, and high in yield. The light-emitting performance, the heat performance and the like of a final product can be regulated through connecting different groups. |
