titleOfInvention High-flame-retardant aqueous damping biological coating
abstract The invention discloses a high-flame-retardant aqueous damping biological coating which comprises the following components: by weight, 5-10 parts of methyl cellulose, 5 parts of a thickener, 3-6 parts of sabina chinensis sawdust, 2-3 parts of banyan tree sawdust, 1-3 parts of delonix regia sawdust, 2-6 parts of ficus microcarpa sawdust, 1 parts of an antiager, 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, 15-20 parts of carbamate, 21-30 parts of melamine resin, 20-36 parts of isoprene rubber, 2-5 parts of a vulcanizing additive, 2-6 parts of tartaric acid, 3-6 parts of benzoic acid methyl, 4-9 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 1 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate. The beneficial effects of the high-flame-retardant aqueous damping biological coating are that the high-flame-retardant aqueous damping biological coating product has wider polymer damping temperature, is stable in nature, not easy to deform in the drying process, can effectively increase the damping performance and the elastic modulus, and has good physical and mechanical properties and flame retardant properties.
