titleOfInvention | Novel steel rail insulating material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel steel rail insulating material and a preparation method thereof. The novel steel rail insulating material comprises, by weight, 70-90 parts of a thermosetting phenolic resin, 10-30 parts of methylvinylphenylpolysiloxane rubber, 30-40 parts of a ramie fiber, 3-6 parts of hexamethylene tetramine, 10-20 parts of silica, 15-25 parts of a glass bead, 3 parts of an antioxidant and 0.5-2 parts of dicumyl peroxide. The preparation method enables the above silicone rubber and the phenolic resin to form an integrated structure, so the layering phenomenon can be avoided; and the preparation method adopts a reasonable formula design, so the prepared novel steel rail insulating material has a high hardness, a high compressive strength and a high wear resistance, and the high and low temperature resistances and the impact resistance of the insulating material are effectively improved, thereby the insulating material has excellent comprehensive performances, can effectively avoid the destroys in winter and summer, and has a substantially prolonged service life. |
