titleOfInvention | A method for synchronously preparing guaiacol and syringol from bamboo lignin |
abstract | A method for synchronously preparing guaiacol and syringol from bamboo lignin, involving guaiacol and syringol. Add bamboo lignin, sodium hydroxide, metal catalyst and water into the high-pressure reactor, and heat the reaction under the protection of nitrogen; after the reaction, filter and recover the catalyst, adjust the filtrate to pH 5-6 with sulfuric acid, and then filter and collect the filtrate ; The lignin degradation product in the filtrate is extracted with chloroform, the organic phase is separated and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent is recovered to obtain guaiacol and syringyl alcohol products. The yield of prepared guaiacol and syringol was determined by GC-MS external standard quantitative analysis method. The preparation method has simple operation process, easy industrialization, and can obtain two kinds of high value-added chemicals at the same time. Not only can the waste lignin resources be effectively utilized, but also a new way to prepare guaiacol and syringol is provided, which has very good application prospects. |
